Role: Part-Time Rental Coordinator
Location: 1805 Harvard Avenue, College Park, GA
Start Date: November 1, 2024
Job Description: PushPush Arts, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting artists, is seeking a part-time Rental Manager (25 hr/wk). This role involves scheduling and managing the hourly rentals of our spaces, which include:

99-Seat Black Box Theater
-
50-Seat Café with Stage
-
Maker’s Spaces
-
Soundproof Room for Rehearsals, Podcasting, and Filming

Visual Arts Gallery
-
800-Seat Sanctuary
-
60-Seat Chapel
Key Responsibilities:
-
Manage hourly rentals and conduct tours.
-
Handle contracts and rental agreements.
-
Market and promote rental spaces.
-
Coordinate deposits, damage claims, and repairs.
-
Work independently and with a community of artists.
-
Perform some remote work and on-site duties.

Develop/maintain a list of Rental Attendants and delegate rental assignments.
-
Develop contacts in the performing arts and podcast industries.

Ensure compliance with PushPush Arts mission, local laws and regulations.

Provide financial reports on rental income and expenses.
-
Identify and manage the best software and calendar program for tracking space usage.
Qualifications:
-
Experience in space rental management, preferably in the arts sector (transferable skills also considered)

Strong artistic sensibility and understanding of artists’ needs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of contracts and rental agreements.

Contacts in the performing arts and podcast industries.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Starting pay: $600 per month and 15% commission of monthly rental income procured; Evaluation after six months with potential for a salaried position.

All spaces rented 25% of available time:
