With exercises, games, and theory, we’ll focus on practical approaches to navigating physical presence in the 21st century. Familiarity and curiosity about Laban Movement Analysis, The Alexander Technique, The Feldenkrais Method, Viewpoints, Grotowski, martial arts, and dance recommended. Led by Tim Habeger, who served as Head of Movement at AMDA in NYC, where he developed and introduced a comprehensive movement curriculum still in use today. Tim has choreographed stage and film fight scenes for three decades, both locally, nationally and internationally.
